How we collect your personal data:

We ask for your name, telephone number and e-mail address either by via Eventbrite or by email when you apply to come on a tour with us. This data enables us to contact you in the most efficient manner.

Our Feedback Form requests your postcode as well as historical information about your family connection to mining.

 

How we use your data:

The data collected via Eventbrite or by email is enable us to keep you informed about the tour you intend to join. Eventbrite may also contact you regarding future events if you choose to follow our site.

Feedback form data is collected separately, kept securely and anonymised before being used to create annual reports to our Trustees, volunteers, funders and other partners.

We will not share your personal data (including photographs and film recordings) with anyone outside the organisation without your express permission.

 

Your rights:

You have the right to be informed about what we do with your personal data.  You may ask us to restrict the way we use and share it; you can amend it at any time.
